Raid Leaders and Raiders read please

Hi there guys

I must be explicit about raid leaders and there roles because we have lost a member tonight due to ridiculous amounts of grief due to a decision by a raid leader.

Let me make it clear here and now that a raid leader whoever it may be has FULL admin to his raid team and it will be his/her job to pull the team through the raid succesfully, the raid leader may come across as harsh or explixit at times but if we want to control large groups of people and acheive our goals then is is ESSENTIAL and that is the way it will be. There have been no real issues towards this thus far but the 1 serious issue has resulted in a member being ejected from the guild. Please note that the raid leader will have an idea of what he wants in the raid group and classes/specs are an essential part in raid sucess and the balance must be in equilibrium to have the best possible chance of glory.

The raid leader is there because he/she has experience of that raid instance it is NOT a random person with a glorified title.

Just be aware that any raid leader will be happy to listen to suggestions on tactics etc but just dont take it to heart if your ideas are not used on the night!!
